We already have candidates wo have contacted us for The Vice-City branch of ARP and we are grateful that you have offered your help to us. But currently we are not planning to extend our wings to Vice City because of special circumstances. We are focusing only on Liberty City and The state of San-Andreas but we in the near future we are planning on extending in Vice City and maybe even the new GTA3 server if we can.
Thanks for offering us help and we will surely contact you once we feel a need for help.

About the coalition we are openly extending our hands to any group whether political or non-political to ally with us. That will be announced soon.
