According to the order of the Vice-Presidency of training of Cadets, according to the Act 1.1 given here:

Act 1.1 -
Those who are Cadets currently will have to pass a certain examination, just by showing either the President or the Vice, your persuasive and RolePlaying skills, we will grade you out of 10, so be prepared, if you get an 7 or above, you will be promoted.

As per the act, we have noticed that the new Cadet Jayanesh has not yet passed the Cadet phase for a while.

Thus, the ARP Cadet Jayanesh has been warned for failure of completion of Cadet phase. If 2 more warnings are received, you shall be kicked.
